Prior to joining Lopez and Company, L.L.P. in 2006, Mrs. Lopez served as the Chief Development Officer for the American Red Cross San Gabriel Valley Chapter. With over 20 years of project management and financial development experience in both the private and public sectors, Mrs. Lopez's professional background includes fund-raising for local and national organizations. Mrs. Lopez has a bachelor's degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, with a major in English and a minor in business. She also attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. In early 2000, she received a certificate in Program Development, Fundraising & Grant Writing from the University of Notre Dame, IL and from George Washington University, WA in Capital Campaigns. In 2012, Mrs. Lopez completed a graduate program at the University of California Riverside for a Certificate in Accounting. In addition to her management duties at Lopez and Company, she is also performing technical work with the firm as a staff auditor. In 2010, she began her own consulting business, Orchid Project Management and Business Consulting, and is currently completing a project management program at the Cal Poly Pomona in preparation to sit for the PMP exam.
